金曜日の昼からは

ここの男性は全て長い祈りの時間となる。

昼前の忙しさとは裏腹に急に静かになり、

いたるところのモスクからアザーンの音色が街を包む。

いよいよ津波パークで傘の細かなチェックをする。

傘を船の最高の高さで広げたが風が強く断念。

2F・3F、そして地上の船の側面のあるところで数本の傘を広げた。

そのうちにここに「笑顔を展示する様」にとアイデアをくれた

おばあちゃんが会いに来てくれた。

今日は双子の孫を連れて来てくれた。

そしてあの姉弟との再会。

とても喜んでくれた。

明日は朝から最終リハーサルを津波パークで行う。

青少年赤十字の子どもたちも来る予定。

Reunion With The Auntie and Sisters

The 2nd day in Banda Aceh.

Today we went for inspection of Community Building with Muzailin and Ardi.

This building is built by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).

It is designed to enable a helicopter to land on its roof and

the 2nd and 3rd floor aredesigned as a shelter from tsunami.

We are thinking of doing an event of Merry Project with local people,

the head of of the village and Muzailin in this Community Building

in the 5th commemoration of tsunami on the coming 26th of December.

After that we went to police station to receive a permission for film shooting.

Every man here go to mosque to pray for a long time on Friday.

The busy city becomes quiet and adhan, the call to pray,

that are heard from every mosque cover the city.

After that we check on detail preparation in Tsunami Park.

We tried to unfold the umbrella in the highest place from the ship

but the wind was so strong that we gave up this idea.

We also tried to unfold some umbrellas

on the 2nd and 3rd floor and the side of the ship.

While we were doing this preparation we met the auntie

that gave us the hint of this project to make an exhibition

of the smiling pictures we took.

She came along with her twin granddaughters.

We also met again the other family.

All of us were so happy to meet each other again.

Tomorrow we are going to do the last rehearsal of the ceremony.

The members of Youth Red Cross are going to come also.
