This can cause problems between the owners and their pets, or between owners and other members of the community who disapprove of the owner's care of their pets. To try to improve this relationship, the Merry Project has planned an experimental project called "Trial & Study Workshop Program - Improving the Morals of Merry Towns" held in Minato-ku with the local government body and the companies. This program gives people opportunities to live and have contact with partner animals.
