Once upon a time, one day at the end of the year a cotton dealer visited an old man called Negi who lived in the village in the afternoon. However, Negi didn't remember buying cotton. The cotton dealer insisted Negi had bought cotton, showing him the deed. Negi was confused and didn't know what to do, but remembered about the forest called Ojiro where many foxes lived in. The two men visited the forest together and found a big cave. They looked on the cave to find the baby foxes sleeping peacefully on the stacked cotton. It turned out that the fox parent disguised as a man brought the cotton for her loving babies.

The kids from Shikatsucho handcrafted the baby foxes wrapped in their mother's arms to introduce the heartwarming folk tale. They wrapped the cotton stuffing in the clothes dyed fox-color beautifully with onion skin to make many baby foxes.
