2008 girls wearing white clothes gathered together around the big globe and opened
umbrellas printed big merry smiling faces.0n 9. we listened to 55 participated
girl students,13 through 18 years old, at the Beijing 2nd junior high school.
Since this April they had been practicing weekends from 7 in the morning till 9 or 10
at night.It's a really simple motion; to open and close an umbrella.
But everyone had to practice by yourself.
...said " Basically we had been practicing under the sun. Anyone may have broken
maybe 3 umbrellas during practices. When we got to home, we couldn't move
because of our painful feet. But no one had given up."
　After long and hard training they could receive great applause at that night.
Now 2 days went by, but they couldn't stop their heartbeat
when they remember of the night....said"When the chinese delegation came in,
I could forget all hard and bitter stuff. We can't forget this memory all our life through.
